Quiet mountain retreat with spectacular views adjoining NYC reservoir. The home is sheltered below a stand of spruce lookout upon the pond and mountains--no other homes are visible, DSL, Wifi, cathedral ceiling, wood stove, covered deck with charcoal grill & deck furniture, trails run through tiered property of meadows and woods, fruit & nut trees & hundreds of plantings supporting abundant wildlife, bench under trees next to pond, 2 streams, adjoins thousands of acres of 20 mile long reservoir, on which I have a boat available to you for fishing, bike along the quiet roads, lookout upon the mountains of the forever wild Catskill Park, only minutes from the delightful Village of Andes with shops, restaurants and galleries. This is a quiet haven, I do not want any off road machines of any kind whining about, be it ski mobiles, ATVs, dirt bikes or any variation on that theme. Hunting, and the firing of guns on the property, and incendiaries such as fireworks are prohibited. No smoking indoors.
