Enjoy a relaxing weekend, week or longer in our renovated 1830's farmhouse located just outside of the "Book Village" of Hobart. The 19-mile Catskill Scenic Trail is practically in your backyard and for other activities we're within an hour's drive of Cooperstown and the Windham and Hunter/Tannersville area.
The house is fully equipped for your stay and features 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 twins on the first floor and a queen size bed on the second floor). There are 1 1/2 baths and a washer and dryer for your use. In the kitchen there's a gas stove, a microwave, fridge, all the basic utensils, dishes, pots & pans and even a 1926 Glenwood cook stove for those chilly fall & winter nights.
In the living room there's a CD player for listening to your tunes, satellite TV and a DVD/VCR player to watch movies. We also offer wireless internet.
On a summer night, enjoy a bonfire in our firepit on the hill above the house -- you may be lucky enough to be serenaded by the local coyotes! This spot is also a great place for your morning yoga or meditation.
The house is located on our family's farm, so feel free to explore and wander during your stay.

Not included in base rate - 8% sales tax (on stays 7 days or less) and cleaning fee ($60 for 1-3 guests; $100 for 4-6 guests).
